Just a lazy Sunday watching the boats go by…
You can see I took my references right from photographs I took in India.
I did alter reality by putting the Taj Mahal in view of the river. Except for a beautiul reflecting pool, there isn’t actually a body of water on either side of the Taj. (The scaffolding around three of the four minaret towers was for cleaning/restoration while we were there. It’s a little distracting in pictures, but if that is what it takes to preserve 400 year old architecture, it is worth it! The Taj Mahal was still so gorgeous!)
