NAMPA FESTIVAL OF THE ARTS – AUGUST 12 & 13
Morbidly Adorable, The Art of Misty Benson will be at Nampa Festival of the Arts (Nampa, ID) with original paintings, sculptures, limited edition canvases, prints, cameo necklaces, magnets, stickers, buttons, and more! This is the Morbidly Adorables only appearance at an Art Show since 2011. This is a one time appearance with the intention of selling off the last of the Morbidly Adorable merchandise that we pulled out of the catacombs over the summer. As a thank you to our fans, we decided to do one last show and sell the last of the merchandise at really great prices! We’d like to see all of it go. 99% of it has been retired and is no longer being made. Don’t worry! Misty will still be painting! She is just no longer focused on making merchandise. So if you want to get the last of the sculptures or necklaces available, this is the show to do it!
Nampa Festival of the Arts was the first show we did to say Hello! to the world of Art Festivals even before we went on to do San Diego Comic Con and DragonCon. Since it is still one of our favorites, we thought it would be appropriate that it be our farewell Festival to say Thank You! and Goodbye!
If you are interested in doing festivals yourself, we are also selling off our display panels, tables, chairs, decorations, etc. at the end of the show as a package deal to any aspiring artists for fire sale prices. Contact us if you are interested or see us at the show. You must be able to pick them up at the end of the show!

Admission and parking are free, so join us in Lakeview Park on Saturday, August 12th from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday, August 13th from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Here is a map showing our booth location at the festival. We will be in Section B, Booth 33.5 Just follow the purple stars from Public Parking past the Rose Garden! We will be in the same location as previous shows!
ABOUT NAMPA FESTIVAL OF THE ARTS (NAMPA, IDAHO):
The Nampa Festival of the Arts is a celebration of the creative spirit of our diverse community, expressing unique life and cultural heritage through art. The Nampa Festival of the Arts began in 1986 at Lakeview Park in Nampa. This longstanding event was started by the Nampa Parks & Recreation Department and the Nampa Art Guild to provide opportunity for local artists to show and sell their art.
Today the Parks & Recreation Department offers this event for approximately 200 artisans that draw in more than 18,000 community members to enjoy this weekend event. With the great variety of art you are sure to find a treasure, whether it is jewelry, painting, sculpture, whimsical yard art or something else.
Live entertainment, food concessions, and free activities for children, including a kid’s art booth, will keep the whole family entertained.
